Appointments are reserved specifically for you. To help keep the clinic running smoothly and allow other clients the opportunity to book, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee.

Missed appointments without notice may also be charged 50% of the consultation fee.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and discretion may be used where appropriate.
